Epilogue
It is believed that the Korean War has not yet ended. North and South Korea are technically still at war since the 1953 armistice agreement was never adopted by a peace treaty. With the passing of time, the land and participants of the war are healing themselves. With identifiable obstacles and processes at work, there are discernible practices for the ways that wars end. The first step to overcoming the obstacles to peace is to understand them.
